My stay at Merida Santiago Hotel Boutique was fantastic! The room was immaculate and comfortable, and the staff was genuinely warm and attentive. On the downside, the street parking wasn't ideal, and there was some noise from a nearby fiesta. Overall, this place is a lovely escape with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere.

The location in the Barrio Santiago district is perfect for exploring local bars and eateries, and the hotel itself is beautifully maintained. The staff, led by Jan and Rita, were incredibly welcoming and offered helpful tips about the area's dining scene. However, the breakfast portions were a bit on the small side, which was a minor downside.

I had a fantastic stay at Merida Santiago Hotel Boutique, where the vibrant atmosphere and welcoming staff made all the difference. The only downside was that it’s about a 20-minute walk to the main plaza, which might not suit everyone. However, the comfort and quality of the hotel more than made up for this minor inconvenience.
